Jonathan recommended a neck and jawline lift. When I went to see Jonathan and described the problem he was very understanding. I could tell he was very thorough and keen to ensure I got the right treatment for my specific issue. After three consultations we settled on a treatment plan. I loved that Jonathan put me completely at ease. We had a laugh, I felt like I could tell him anything and when he made his recommendation for the neck and jawline lift, it made absolute sense.

The whole process was so easy. We arrived early in the morning. My husband dropped me off and went shopping and then came back to collect me after the surgery. I felt very welcome. Paolo the anaesthetist was great and everyone, from the receptionist to the nurses, made me feel at ease. Jonathan came to talk to me prior to surgery too, so I felt totally relaxed and there was no need for apprehension. I was amazed when the bandage was removed three or four days after the surgery. There was no visual bruising at all, just a tiny bit behind my ears which my hair covers. I was so pleased. I haven’t told anyone about the surgery except my husband and daughter. No-one has noticed I have had surgery, other than the fact that I don’t wear scarves anymore! A testament to Jonathan’s skill only a week after surgery!

I really couldn’t recommend the team enough. It has been the easiest process. I have always felt supported and secure before, during and after the surgery. At no time throughout the process did I feel uneasy or worried that something might go wrong. I was just so amazed at how good and comfortable it has all been. I simply cannot praise the team enough. I’d wanted my eyelids improved for YEARS, and at the age of 31 finally went for it – my only regret?? NOT DOING IT SOONER. When I met Mr Britto, I was sick with nerves. Mr Britto quickly put me at ease with his personable and humorous yet highly professional manner. He asked questions sensitively in order to build up a picture of me as a person rather than just a client.

Without doubt, Mr Britto has a talent for reading people and intuitively understands the emotional battle you may be experiencing. I felt that he values communication as imperative to the success of his work and knew that I could say if I didn’t understand something and was encouraged to ask as many questions as I liked.

Mr Britto sensitively manages expectations; listen carefully to his advice as he is looking at more than you are seeing: face shape, proportions, cheek bones, eye set etc but most importantly, skin type. All of this analysis was done within moments and without me noticing.

Mr Britto took the time to explain the psychological adjustments you go through after facial surgery and was available via email, phone call or appointment if needed: further evidence that I was more than ‘a surgery procedure’. This was valuable information as recovery is more than just stiches and swelling.

I am delighted with the outcome and so pleased I went ahead. I believe the phrase ‘life changing’ is rather overused, I had a wonderful life before hand, but now feel I have the confidence to attack life fully.

I booked my procedure and felt completely at ease the whole time because everything was explained to me step by step. After the procedure I felt no pain and was out of hospital that evening. My bruising lasted for four days in total, after speaking with friends who have had similar procedures, I understand it was almost unheard of for bruising to go down so quickly.

My splint was removed after a week and Mr Britto explained that the tools he used were some of the best currently on the market, which is why the bruising was so minimal. I was still slightly swollen after the first week, but I would say by week two, most of it had gone.

I had another consultation three weeks post op and have another in a couple months time. This just proves to me that he genuinely cares about his patients and the outcome. I am absolutely in love with my new nose, I can’t express how appreciative of Mr Britto I am! The difference is big enough for myself and my friends to notice but small enough that it hasn’t drastically changed my appearance. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending him to anyone who is thinking of this procedure.

I would not hesitate to consider other treatments in the future and to recommend Mr. Britto to my friends.

I had been researching this for a while, without any certainty of my own willingness of “going under the knife.” So, I felt that the only thing to do was to meet with a surgeon. This was the first time I had met Dr Britto and I remember feeling overwhelmed with his professionalism. This, I felt, was a man who can… so I did. My boobs look great and I feel so glad that I went ahead with the surgery. I am forever humbled by Dr Britto, as it may not have been such a happy ending if I had gone with someone else. We scheduled the surgery and the team were very welcoming and considerate, everywhere was exceptionally clean and organised. Mr Britto showed great care throughout the procedure, always ensuring I was comfortable and explaining what he was doing. I am now left with a very fine scar neatly tucked into the character line of cheek. I highly recommend Mr Britto and his team.
