The Ambassadors
Our ‘patient ambassadors’ are a major compliment from our patients to our team. Patient ambassadors help us in many ways; by offering reviews for the care they have received and describing how their results have benefited their well-being and confidence; by allowing us to use their photographs in clinic, at the podium, or online for patient education and discussion with colleagues; and/or by agreeing to speak to new patients about their experience.
We grow and get better, and set new levels of achievement by the feedback we receive and the involvement of our patients in many ways, large and small, but always significant.
