A UNIQUE APPROACH
Lifestyle Medicine physician, Dr Shyamala Moganasundram leads The Consultation which is tailored to the individual client’s needs. Following a pre-consultation questionnaire, we assess the client’s current medical conditions, nutritional status, fitness and general well-being. Blood tests and relevant investigations are carried out as required.

After The Consultation, clients will receive a comprehensive report outlining their current health status and risk factors, highlighting areas of concern and prescribing lifestyle changes. Our intensive individual coaching programmes are available to help our patients/clients make the prescribed healthy lifestyle changes permanent.
